I've never thought about visiting Minnesota until I stumbled, quite by accident, upon your gorgeous, tempting website. Looking for Mouse Creek Quilts, very near me in NJ, my eye caught the raves of another gal who saw, firsthand, your wonderful shop and all the goodies inside. I have been to many shops all around the US; yours has to fall into the top five of them ALL. Perhaps I'll be fortunate enough to visit your place someday. Until then, thanks for a great website and tour.

I think your shop is the best. I was there for the Shop Hop and really enjoyed myself. It was a real treat to see Helen Kelly again after many years. I met her when Minnesota Quilter's was first started. I think your selections are fantastic, especially your 30's prints , as I just started a quilt using these. Also your staff is the best, they give you all the help you need and never make you feel rushed. Thanks again, I'll be back.

I visit your quilt shop every time I come from Ely to see my children. I love your wool and wool patterns and can always find great patterns and material that reach out to me to buy!!!! Now most of all I love Martha. She is such a great "person". This past weekend, she actually got out of her bed to allow my daughter and I to stroke her. We were very honored. Keep up the good work and the friendliness that you provide.

Just wanted to thank you for putting the frosting on the cake for one of my days back in Minnesota. Daughter Holly and I came in one afternoon, two weeks ago to hit the sale table. (She is the one who is making 'still another locker-hooking, rug and needed more colors than I had supplied for her from my stash.) We also enjoyed a visit with Martha! Love her. I'm now back in Maryland but I do miss the quilt shops of Minnesota. I seem to need to inhale at least once a year there. I do visit your web site to check up on you, and I do hope to finish my hooked rug doorstop before May.

We visited your shop when we came to see our son and family in Lakeville, MN. Our daughter-in-law took up the needle punch craft and sat in your needle punch class. She is really enjoying it. I purchased the fabrics for the beginning of our granddaughter's '07 graduation quilt. What fun the grandchildren had seeing Martha, the cat. Your shop is so beautiful and unusual and wonderfully large compared to the shops I have visited across the states. I can't wait to come back again from Ohio to visit. Dear Lori, WoW! Was I surprised to see your "T is for Truth" quilt in this year's Quilt Sampler. Let me first say that yours is simply stunning! I have begun a small collection of antique quilts that were made in my area (upstate NY). The last lovely quilt that I purchased is made with the "T is for Truth" pattern. Though, I must admit, I didn't know what the block was at the time. Since I bought it, I've been trying to find out what the pattern is, thus my surprise to see your quilt!

Just rec'd your Spring Quarterly edition newsletter. What a wonderful "read" it is and I just had to write and express my appreciation for the picture of Martha nestled in the heater! Talk about a creature of comfort! My quilt studio is shared by my two cats and, they too, find many places to make their own Tigger prefers my lap when I'm at the machine, so that slows me down a bit. Hello Everyone, Just a note to let you know I had an absolutely splendid time on the shop hop and hope to do it again soon! It was my first shop hop and it was 10 times what I expected! Your shop was beautiful and staff were so helpful. I can't imagine how much time was involved to put something like this together but please believe me, your efforts were well worth it. The ladies I sat near on the bus all thought you were the perfect hostesses. I hope to stop in for a pattern or two...I'm hooked on the wool/embroidery projects. Thanks Millions!

Hi Everybody,
I was in your shop a couple of months ago with a friend, Lee Rovang, of Eden Prairie. I was visiting from Bakersfield, CA, and she was eager to show me her favorite places--the quilt shop being about #1. We got there so late in the day that it was supposed to be closed, but like a miracle, the door was open, so I got to see everything! Lee escorted me around to all the nooks and crannies, and we were most graciously treated to some of the expertise of one of the shop owners(?) as we looked at everything, and I mean everything. We were offered chocolates too! Yum. The whole store was dreamy--and full of inspiration. I hope to return one day, and am very happy that you have this really neat website.
